All I can say about the program is wow!! It is jam packed with information, amazing meals so you won’t go hungry or get bored and excellent workouts which challenge you. The best thing about all this is Heidi tells you EXACTLY what you need to do on a daily basis so ALL you need to do is follow her plan which is essentially catered to you. Heidi also offers packages which are really good to kick start your goals, whether it’s more fitness or wellness focused.

I love the monthly RF membership for the support, amount of different workouts available and the flexibility. I find that as a mom, your energy levels are different every week, some weeks you might want 4 workouts and have clear goals and next week maybe reaching your daily step goal is enough. There is no pressure, just support do to your best with your circumstances that week 🤩
