Hey there, incredible moms!
Today, it is finally happening, something I wrote in my diary back in 2016. "Start a blog" that journal entry stated. No topic, no idea what it would be, just simply start a blog.
The problem back then was that I didn't feel like I actually had anything meaningful to say or a message that would be worth sharing. I wasn't empowered or sure what was my mission on this earth. Now seven years later, after really finding myself and my voice after becoming a mom, here we are and I can't wait to share my expertise and knowledge with you all in this new format.
To start all things off, I want to share a deeply personal journey with you – one that ignited my passion for wellness, not just fitness or nutrition, but wellness to its full extent. As mothers, we share an incredible bond, a shared experience that's both challenging and beautiful. It's this very bond that has led me on a mission close to my heart – one that empowers moms like you to live a life of joy & fulfillment. A life where you wake up every day feeling good about yourself and your habits so that you can show up to not only yourself but also your family in a way they truly deserve.
Mom on A Mission
If you are a mom, this picture from the early days of motherhood is something I am sure you can relate to juggling a thousand responsibilities, sleepless nights, and endless to-do lists. Amid the chaos, I discovered a burning desire to find my own balance, to prioritize my well-being without compromising on my responsibilities as a mother.
It wasn't easy – there were days when I felt overwhelmed, struggling to navigate the delicate balance between self-care and mom life. But every challenge I faced became a stepping stone, each obstacle a proof of the power within every mom. The incredible strength we can find in ourselves even when we have not slept or fed ourselves. And just like that, my mission was born – a mission to empower moms to not just survive, but thrive, embracing a life of wellness while savoring the moments that truly matter.
Giving birth to my son was a pivotal moment in my life, one that reshaped my perspective on wellness. It wasn't just about looking good; it was about feeling amazing and being the best version of myself for my family. I firmly believe that happy, healthy, and strong moms create families that feel the same. Behind nearly every functional, happy family is a mom who keeps it all under control.
After welcoming my son, I faced a daunting challenge - weighing nearly 100 kg and grappling with hormonal imbalances. Traditional dieting and hours at the gym were simply not feasible with a newborn. Fatigue, low energy, and snack cravings became my daily companions, and I longed for the excitement and happiness I once had. Don't get me wrong I was over the moon to be a mom and that I had a healthy, beautiful son, but at that same time I felt that I had lost myself in the process. I felt great waking up every morning, I loved what I saw in the mirror. The person who was strong and determined.
Instead of relying on inconclusive test results and prescriptions, I dove deep into the world of hormone balancing. I devoured literature, courses, and personal experiments to discover how real food, exercise, mindfulness, and simple daily swaps could restore balance. I simply had the feeling that things couldn't be that hard and as a mother, your destiny couldn't be to not be yourself anymore. There truly had to be a better way. A balance where you could look & feel like yourself, but still treasure your new life as a mom.
Discovering the Perfect Routine: Through trial and error, I crafted a routine that was manageable for a new mom. It wasn't just about losing weight; it was about regaining energy, banishing overwhelm, and finding happiness in each day. I prioritized listening to my body's needs, ditching the grueling workouts for smarter, shorter sessions, and delving into mindfulness practices. My high-intensity sessions turned into yoga sessions and long walks with the pram came my stress relief when everything felt too much. I ignited my love of weight training turning those gym sessions into quick home workouts, while the little guy was sleeping, or better yet I included him in my workouts. What I didn't realize then was that this would inspire him to be more active. These days 3 years later, there is no workout done in this house without my son doing it with me.
The Hormone-Balancing Epiphany: Understanding the intricate dance of hormones in our lives became the key to transformation. Balancing cortisol, our stress hormone, and nurturing feel-good hormones like dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin brought clarity. I shifted from calorie counting to balanced eating, from grueling workouts to smarter exercises, and from chaos to mindfulness.
Results That Last: With these changes, I shed extra weight and reached a happy 68 kg, but more importantly, I've maintained it effortlessly.
Hormone balance, a healthy gut, and mindfulness made motherhood's emotional roller-coaster make sense. I continued my studies in this area because I knew it was the answer to break free from the dieting cycle and have since created a program to help you heal your gut and balance your hormones.

For me, that feeling comes from helping other moms live their lives to their full potential and that combined with the fact that I am just a mom like you gives me the best tools to help you too.

As a mom of an active little boy and a business owner, I know what is like to be busy all the time and not have much time to take care of myself or even have a moment to myself.
This is why, when I am not running after my little man, I am helping busy and overwhelmed moms to find their wellness routine. I want every women to be able to fall in love with their bodies whilst maintaining a balance between enjoying life and feeling and looking fit.
It's amazing how the few little changes can make so big difference in your life. I'm amazed. Beside the workouts all the information in small podcasts were so nice and helpful - it was really nice to listen to them. The nutrition plans and information were so helpful in everyday family life. This program is a great opportunity to get to feel better, to be stronger and absolutely to be a Radiant & Fit Mama. This program was a wonderful & made feel so much better and really I'm stronger than in the beginning of the program, such a nice feeling! 🥰✨ I'm really looking forward to the RadiantFit Me program to get all this to the next level.
